When reporting a problem, it helps to include your device type, iOS or iPadOS version, app version/build number, and a short description of what happened.
Notification help
Check that notifications are enabled for Air & Sea 24/7 in your device settings, then open the app once so the device can refresh its notification registration.
RNLI launch alerts can increase the badge on the app icon. Opening Air & Sea 24/7 clears the badge and resets the count for that device.
Check your RNLI station and aircraft notification selections in the app if an expected alert does not arrive.
